The entire process typically takes about 30 days. However, this can vary depending on your situation. This includes every part of the process—getting pre-approved, getting the loan, and closing on the house. However, our goal is to make the entire process fun! If we’re going to spend 30 days working on a mortgage together, let’s make some memories.
Technically, we’re a lender, not realtors—but we love sticking with our clients every step of the way. Our loan officers are happy to refer you to realtors who can help you find exactly what you’re looking for—and we can even help you find the perfect area to live for you or your family. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask us!
In order to approve you for a loan, we will have to pull your credit. This does mean a tiny ding on your credit score. However, this is a very normal process, and most credit card companies and banks understand this type of soft inquiry on your credit report. This won’t cause a significant effect on your credit score and is seen as very normal.
The first step to getting started is a consultation and application. All you need to do is apply—but we’re happy to talk with you and get to know you first!
